Summary: Staff not friendly. Upon check in, unpaid water bill of the owner, forced the guest to pay before checking in. Unable to communicate with the owner regarding this matter. Of course I did not pay the debt, but it took me sometime before I check in. The room is clean, with WiFi. No hot water and the bathroom sink is clogged.
