Summary: The Grand had purchased the hotel, but not all of the hotel had been converted per the photos displayed on the listing. Only a limited number of rooms were available, and none were on the 1st floor or had a king bed, as I had booked. I was told the 1st-floor doors were being painted. The bed only had a sheet and a bolster. The bathroom outlet cover is missing and is exposed. New flooring had been installed. Shower needed repairs. No hot or warm water available in sink or shower. Continental Breakfast was not available but was advertised to be included. All of this info was given at check-in but room had already been booked, paid for and could not cancel. New electronic locks for the doors, but deadbolt did not line up to work.

Summary: The pictures that are advertised are taken from when it was originally The Magnuson Hotel. It looks like a beautiful, clean, luxury hotel. Trust me it is NOT. It's ghetto... outside was in disrepair and sketchy and the inside was dirty. There was A LOT I could go into but I won't. I will say the bed was extremely comfortable, the AC worked good, and the shower was nice with hot water and good pressure. It was okay after I bought a blanket, (because they only had a sheet on the bed) and I bought air freshener and cleaning supplies, and insisted they fixed my door so it would shut all the way and latch. But it was a sketchy place to stay, especially for a woman traveling alone.

Summary: Room was not clean.I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom.SERVICE was poor quality.Has to ask for toilet paper and didn’t get it till the next day.The photos are not true for the way it looks now.

Summary: Definitly in need of repairs and upgrades. The bed was very comfortable but under the bed looks to have never been cleaned/swept. Need to take the pool out off the location because its a complete mess and disgusting to even look at. The lady at the front desk was the friendliest person though. For the price and only needing a couple hours sleep it wasn't that big of a disappointnent.

Summary: They advertise smoking there’s no room I paid for two king size bed and got to twins. You have to move the bed out to plug in your phone or unplugged the TV or refrigerator. They said Continental breakfast and they don’t serve breakfast or coffee

Summary: The place was under construction, the towels were extremely worn and grey, the bath tub had stains and there was NO toilet paper in bathroom upon arrival. The closet had not been swept out and the sitting chairs were disgustingly stained. Not a good experience!!
