Positive: Front of house staff were friendly. Bar staff in the main bar at our party were friendly.

Negative: For the price we paid, we would have expected a bottle of water in the room. Bacon was not cooked properly, this was at breakfast and at the buffet for the reception. Found the room keys awkward to use, as the lighting in the hallway was quite dark. We were given two keys, only one worked and it was a faff. You had to bend down to try and get the key in the small door handle lock. We were directed to the bar at the right of the reception area, before the party, the female member of staff that was serving at the bar, was sullen and not very friendly. Only one pillow per person for the bed
