About this Space
Enjoy a brand new, renovated three bedroom duplex within walking distance to a gym/wellness center and downtown Seneca Falls. Located in the village of Seneca Falls which is in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Central to most of the wine trails and many state parks.
The Space
The duplex is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and FIRST floor bathroom have everything you need. There are two TV's for entertainment; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both with Roku streaming.
THIS DUPLEX DOES NOT SUPPLY CABLE AND DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER.
There is a laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza about 1.5 miles away.
Guest Access
Guests can park in designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental. Guests will open the white door on the side porch, then enter the blue door, via keyless entry to enter into the rental. Inside the unit guests have access to; the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, FIRST Floor Full Bathroom and 3 Bedrooms Upstairs. Guests also have access to the front/backyard and the SHARED or first come/first serve basis Firepit.

Summary: Very clean accommodations! The rooms were a nice size, and the kitchen was ready with everything for cooking! Especially appreciated was how well thought out the bathroom was stocked and set up! The location allowed us to walk to the museums and sights. We were very comfortable.

Summary: We spent 2 days in this cozy 3 bedroom apartment. The communication with the owners was excellent and the apartment is just as described. It is an older building and the steps are a bit steep. This was not a problem for us at all.The bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, so keep this in mind if there are mobility issues. It was a great value and a comfortable apartment-I would stay there again.

Summary: My hubby and I take multiple trips on our BMW motorcycle and we headed to the Finger Lakes in NY. We choose Seneca Fall and located this great find. The rental is super exceptional. It had everything we needed and more. The home is very clean and all newly remodeled. The owner was prompt in all responses and just delightful! Thank you for the great stay! 😁👍
