Unobstructed views of Copano Bay, a private lighted pier with a fish cleaning station and a drop down dock, a private pool and hot tub. There are two propane grills, a smoker, a charcoal grill, and several picnic tables. There is plenty of room to park so bring the boat, kayaks, or jet skis.
Each of the two homes has their own screened in porch with water views, a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and room for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends.

Summary: The property management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the wifi and went above and beyond to return an item that one of my family members had left behind. Thank you once again for being attentive! As for the property there is PLENTY of space for outdoor activities (horseshoes, cornhole etc.). We brought our own cornhole set. Bring the mosquito spray and candles. Pool and hot tub kept the teens busy. Mom's loved the screen porches and dad's grilled every night during our stay. The larger home is where we spent majority of our time for all of our meals. The older kids enjoyed their own space in the smaller home. Lots of naps, stories and great memories is what this property had to offer our family! We look forward to visiting it again during the summer!

Summary: The house was accomodating and enough room for everyone. We all had a wonderful time. The porch and pool area were where we mostly hang out. The pool was a plus and the kids swam almost every night when we were there. The fishing pier was a nice addition even though we did not catch any fish. We did fished else where and make use of the cleaning table however. The house had plenty of parking area to park cars. We tried to leave everything the same way as when we arrived. Nina was prompt to answer every questions that we had. Great rental, thanks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was one of the nicest places I have stayed at. It has everything you could need. Plenty of room and private. We spent the whole time there which was nice did not need to go any where for food they have indoor kitchen outdoor pits, a pool, fishing pier where we caught fish every night and plenty of room to just be outside and relax. This place had it all. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a spot that private and has amenities for everyone.
