A luxurious, spacious one bedroom apartment, overlooking pasture and less than 5 minutes walk to glorious beaches. The owner lives downstairs to assist with any needs you may have. The property was built in 2018 and finished to a very high standard including a full size Italian kitchen with Smeg electric oven and 5 burner hob, dishwasher and Samsung fridge/freezer. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk in shower. The bedroom has AC and plenty of wardrobes and storage. The apartment throughout has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and porcelain tiles. The large balcony overlooks the garden and pasture beyond.
Less than 10 mins walk to the centre of Holetown which offers bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops (including Limegrove Lifestyle Centre with duty free designer shops and an amazing cinema) and a large supermarket. Buses run very frequently along the West Coast and the nearest bus stop is just a few minutes walk.

Summary: Laura was super accommodating and responsive when we had questions. My husband and I and our very tall 14-year-old son stayed in their cute apartment upstairs. The pull out was OK but not great for our kid. And he was too tall for the provided air mattress so we borrowed one from a friend who lives in Bridgetown area. I would say it sleeps a couple very comfortably especially with the A/C in the bedroom. It was unusually hot some days while visiting the area. We spent our time in the water to avoid the heat in the main living area. The beach was what we were there for! Easy 5-10min walk to Folkstone - great for swimming and snorkeling. Easy walk to Limegove mall where we ate a couple of times at the many restaurants. Good cooking utensils in apartment. Some tea and coffee was provided but don’t plan on basic spices or oil to cook with. Plus is it’s a couple minutes drive from the great Massey grocery store. All rooms were nicely finished, and it had a comfortably sized bathroom. Plenty of storage for clothes and bags. Patio in back was great for evening chill time. Covered, off street parking was great! Felt very safe and chill in the neighbor. One small nuisance was there are many barking dogs around the neighborhood, but that may be the case across the island. They were most intense usually around late afternoon. We figured they were anticipating dinner. 😄 Overall a great place and would consider again!

Summary: Laura and Neil have a beautiful apartment. It’s fresh and clean and perfectly located for everything in Holetown from the beaches to the shops. Laura was so lovely picking me up from the airport and even stopping on the way back to pick up some groceries. I really couldn’t have asked any more. Holetown and the beaches are as fabulous as always and a highlight is Kirt’s Beach Bar! Located right next to the Sandpiper Hotel on the beach. Kirt is friendly and always has time for a chat and it’s a great place for a cold beer after a long, beautiful walk on the beach. What’s not to love! Thanks Laura and Neil for your hospitality and I hope to be back again soon xx

Summary: A lovely spacious apartment in lovely local surroundings just a short walk to beaches and amenities. Our hosts Laura and Neil who live below the apartment were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend and make a return visit!
