Summary: This is a safe place to stay in a city that is increasingly dangerous. Judith on the front desk is the perfect host. But there is no breakfast or even a kitchen in the guest house. There are, however, eateries close-by. I would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Summary: Barbara and Harry were terrific! Our triple room was very comfortable. We are staying there again in early January. Greenhouse is in an excellent location. Close to V&A.
