2 queen beds, 1 double bed, and 1 twin bed fill the 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are attached by an adjourning door for young children, or siblings.
This is a Peaceful home with space to stretch out, relax and refresh your self with comfortable rooms, well equipped outdoor and indoor spaces to converse and make great memories with family and friends. There is a stone patio with firepit and large yard to relax and enjoy. **We have cornhole we can set up if you request**
###Multiple places to shop and eat, with an adjoining location to Shenango Reservoir, Pymatuning Lake, Jamestown Winery, Conneaut Lake Park and more. Grove City Outlets are 35-40 minutes away.
If you are visiting family, there is plenty of parking. 2 spaces in the driveway, and free street parking. It is an older home with modern upgrades and character in a quiet neighborhood.
A full equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, lots of coffee and tea options. **We offer a lot of snacks and drinks to help settle in that first arrival day**. There are toiletries provided if you forget things.
++ A large tub for relaxing. Customizable lighting and fan options in each bedroom, all are equipped with sun darkening curtains for restful sleep without interruption.
++In-ceiling fans, plus additional air conditioning units inside each bedroom for personalizing your sleep preferences.
HIGH SPEED INTERNET for streaming with complimentary Roku, Netflix and Prime subscriptions. If you choose to work, there is a dedicated office desk inside the 4th bedroom with a twin mattress.
Security cameras are on the driveway for your vehicles, self access to the house with keyless entry on front and back doors.
The garage, basement and attic are not included.
All other areas of the home are accessible and for your personal visit. We offer 4 hour burn logs for the firepit located in the backyard on the stone patio. Charcoal grill with included supplies is located on the patio.
Three bedrooms have full size closets providing hangars, shelves, and luggage racks so you can fully settle in. The combo office/twin mattress bedroom does not have a closet.
Keyless code entry on both front and back doors making coming and going a breeze!
Though we are not on sight, we are easily able to come and assist in anything that arises or needed. We pride ourselves in being able to not only offer the home but our help in recommendations or suggestions for the local area. We are a text away!
