Light and bright, full house to accommodate a small family or groups up to 9. Cute backyard with a private pool, grill, cornhole, a fire pit, lounge chairs, and a breakfast area. Tons of space inside with great decor to make your trip memorable! We love the zip code and area so much that we live in it too! Smart TVs in every bedroom.
Air mattresses and toddler mattress available if needed.
Charming neighborhood with a cul-de-sac street and the nicest neighbors! Several shopping and cute food places within a 5 minute drive of our house as well as larger shopping centers make any of your needs easily met!
Smart TVs in each bedroom and common areas. Heated pool.
Enjoy juicy oranges when they are in season!
Feel free to kick your shoes off at the front door, or challenge your friends to a friendly game of hoops in the driveway.
Full kitchen, and dining area for families and several sleeping areas.
Pool heater instructions are on the front of the heater, and are easily accessible. Pool does cost per stay, please let me know if this is needed when booking.
All of house is accessible and usable by guests.
We live right around the corner, so we can be there to help out if anything arises within about 10 minutes because we love the area too!

Summary: Our group loved the decorative touches of the home. This house has a very large kitchen island which makes it great for entertaining. We spent the day enjoying the pool and outdoor activities (Cornhole and Jenga). The accommodations were very well thought out to make for a comfortable weekend. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Summary: AJ was extremely responsive and friendly, helpful through the entire process. We went for a bachelorette party and she even provided complimentary wine and snacks. The pool is awesome, it heats up quick (not that you even need it because DANG it’s hot). The AC works great too which is amazing. The house was full of amenities and essentials making it an easier trip too. My only suggestion would be to add a few more blankets to use. Thank you for making it special for the bride!

Summary: Spent 2 nights with the family at this house. Plenty of room, backyard is fantastic. It does back to a busier street but didn’t hear any noise while trying to sleep. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here again.

Summary: Our impromptu Thanksgiving getaway was just what we needed. The house was perfect for our family. Each child had their own room with TV. House was clean and diving board in pool was a hit with the kids. Amy handled our minor pool issue quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our mini vacation at the Greenway house. It was a quick getaway and wished we stayed a couple more days. The house was clean and had all the kitchen tools we needed to cook our meals. The diving pool was awesome and clean. There were floaties for my 7 yr old. Thank goodness because we had forgotten to bring ours. This house was perfect for our intended purpose. We'd wanted to lounge by the pool and enjoy family time. The backyard was perfect for that. It was great location. We were central to everything; grocery store, mall, downtown etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family and I stayed at the property for a three nights. Our stay was beyond our expectations. The kitchen is well stocked and a dream for cooking in. The rooms are beef spacious. The whole house is so wonderful. Very family friendly! The pool is beautiful!! I cannot say enough on how much my family enjoyed our stay at this house. Absolutely perfect!

Summary: My boyfriend And I , along with our dogs, were in Scottsdale for a few nights and this was the perfect spot for us. Clean and spacious home with nice upgrades. We enjoyed the pool, the dogs loved the yard, and we appreciated the welcome goodies. Owner was very responsive! Only drawback is it backs up to a noisy street. Would stay here again.
