Positive: The location-very quiet neighbourhood, just near the city centre. Air conditioning would cool the whole house eventually as it was it was very hot weather when we were there. Very well appointed property.

Positive: Quiet location. Beautifully renovated old railway worker's home. Very comfortable with all the facilities you could ever want in a 'home away from home' atmosphere... Will definitely book again next time we have the need for accommodation in Grafton.
Negative: The bathroom needs attention; Particularly the shower cubicle... A new sliding or opening door is needed and the floor tiling 'fall' towards the drain is incorrect causing water to pool over one side (right in front of the entry).
Summary: 'The Grey House' was very comfortable and pleasantly larger than anticipated.
