Summary: Really awesome experience with both the house and the host. We stayed here last year and will do so again next year. The house is immaculate and a lovely space. There is a feeder trail to the back 40. Somebody put a sign on the trail (16) so you know where to go back up. Ben is super responsive both before and during stays. The only tip I have, because there was a moment of panic when I arrived after midnight- touch the touchscreen lock with your whole hand to wake it up. I tapped and tapped with no dice.

Summary: This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. The host thinks of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The location is beautiful and is so peaceful backing up to the ozark trail yet close to bentoville to enjoy what the town offers. We will be back again. Thanks Ben!

Summary: Perfect place to stay for a RO3 cycling weekend in the Bentonville / Bella Vista area. The elevated deck in the trees is amazing. Bike-in/bike-out access to the Back 40 and a quick drive to downtown B-ville.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The back patio is perfect for relaxing and watching all sorts of wildlife. Ben was very prompt with his responses and is a great host. The house was immaculate and is exactly as pictured.

Summary: The home is in great shape and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway with our dogs. I was able to bike right onto the Back 40, it was in a quiet neighborhood, but the best part was relaxing on the patio. I would stay again and recommend The Greywood to my friends and family.

Summary: Our stay was perfect! Great location and super cute! It is tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities—and many more! It was very well stocked. We loved the location as it was only a few minutes to the local grocery store, but it had the feeling of being further out when we sat on the large deck overlooking the woods. It felt very private. And, the beds were so comfortable which was a huge bonus. Communication with the host was excellent. I will be staying here again anytime I visit Bella Vista!
