Summary: Very clean, which is the most important attribute. There were no lamps in the house which could be used for reading. No light by the bed I used. The bathroom needs a hook to hang cloths on when showering. Overall very well worth the price.

Summary: This was the first time we used "Vrbo". We truly enjoyed our stay- beautiful location, comfortable house, plus lots more! Quick responses! Easy check- in and check- out processes. Summary: This property has everything you need to enjoy your MTB adventure. It backs up to some great trails, has a bike shop & wash station. We enjoyed our family trip and couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend booking this house.

Summary: We enjoyed the quiet location and all the beautiful trees on the property. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck in the mornings! We had family members staying on Loch Lomond and it only took us about 14 min to get to the house they were staying in. Appreciated the Catholic Church close by! Had everything we needed!

Summary: Gravity House was amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bike workshop was super handy and we loved having a bike rack in the house. The location was perfect. So close to everything but nestled away for privacy. My family and I can’t wait to go back and definitely stay here again!

Summary: First and foremost the owner was very accommodating to allow us to arrive early on our first day. My husband got food poisoning the night before so being able to check in early to have bathroom facilities when needed was a godsend. The place was simple and perfect and spacious for the both of us. Easy access to and from MTB trails. Peaceful and very quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities for the mountain biker. We will definitely be back to visit the Bentonville area and will be looking to stay at this lovely abode again.
