Positive: Very nice cottage on a farm with nice and calm surroundings

Negative: The sofa bed was dirty when opened. The property is non-smoking throughout and we had to walk all the way out of the property every time considering this was a holiday. There is an outside area outside the cottage but not even there was permitted. The heating system was very low and we felt cold

Positive: Very homely and comfortable. Comfy bed. My favourite part was saying hello to the friendly horse each day. Beautiful location. I'd love to come back again. We've made some great memories here.

Positive: - William is a very welcoming and helpful host (assisted by farm cat Smudge for extra coziness 😻). Coffee, tea, biscuits and fresh milk upon arrival and happy to answer any questions. - Private and rural setting, being in the middle of farming activities - The farm animals. - Spacious enough for two - Spotlessly clean - Comfortable bed - Good base for exploring both Smowdonia as well Anglesey. All in very reasonable driving distance. - Definitely want to come back!

Negative: Nothing negative really, only a little drying rack for laundry would have been useful (as there is washing machine as well)

Positive: Roomy & yet cosy. This cottage was beautiful, clean, quiet & not far from town or Snowdonia where we did a lot of hiking. Water pressure was excellent and a tv in bedroom. Host William was lovely and very knowledgeable- greatly appreciated. Thank you William
