Summary: We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!

Summary: Extremely convenient location to island beaches and shops/restaurants. Was very cute and clean! Having a couple of nicer beach chairs would have been a bonus, but this accommodation was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: I had a lovely time at the Grouper. The house was easily marked The Grouper and easy parking! The apartment is as advertised. Perfect and beachy!!!All local places for food, eating out, clothing, are a short drive. The drive to Anna Maria Island is less than 3 minutes. I hope to visit again real soon. I want to stay here whenever possible.

Summary: If you don't mind being off the beaten path, this is an incredible find, just minutes from the island beaches. Neat, clean and nicely appointed efficiency apartment. Parking in front of your unit with a side patio with grill and equipped with TVs and comfortable bedding. It was our first time with VRBO and no hassle registration with clear instructions for entry made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!

Summary: Clean place. Comfortable bed. Easy to access. Great experience. Only downside is that it took a lot longer to get on to Anna Maria Island than expected due to traffic, but the stay itself was great!
