Positive: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet evening meal was excellent as was the buffet breakfast. Room was very nice but a bit plain.

Negative: I was surprised that the water and light snacks in the room were not complimentary. I have stayed in nicer, cheaper rooms where water and snacks were gratis.

Positive: Very attentive and discrete staff. Ambience exceptional. My room had a defective curtain and we were moved immediately without any fuss or bother.

Negative: The Spa facilities in terms of sauna, steam etc are somewhat limited.

Positive: We stayed for our birthdays. Rooms were comfy/ warm/ beautiful/ quiet Best breakfast we’ve ever had. Quality was superb- every mouthful was full of flavour and you can tell the chefs really think everything through. We were so happy. OBed was the kind of bed where you just snuggle and sink in! The whole hotel was beautiful and so so clean. The pool was exquisite and all facilities were well looked after. The theme around hotel was beautiful and we cant wait to stay again in summer Staff were so professional and polite Felt refreshed , after a weekend stay

Negative: The only critique would be that they need to improve their steam rooms. The wait time is too long and when they do activate not enough steam at all. It was quite disappointing. :( The sauna for men and women are separate so not a fan of that as we were on a couple retreat

Summary: Over all good vibes! High quality hotel. Will be returning

Positive: The room was pleasant, modern and very nicely decorated and bed comfortable. The staff were all outstanding.

Negative: The safe did not work, the TV did not work and the mirror on the dressing table was a side plate side makeup mirror. There was no socket close enough to a main mirror to use hairdryer. Despite thinking I had booked a view, we had a partial view only, the description on bookings was misleading. That said the rooms with views were a very long distance from the bar/restaurant etc. We did not enjoy the Glasshouse experience, very chaotic dining, as it was a self service buffer and we were seated quite close to the buffet areas not really appropriate for a romantic anniversary meal.

Summary: Disappointed, we booked the dinner and stay as our 20th Wedding Anniversary.
