Positive: The apartment was roomy with a great kitchen and laundry room in addition to the bedrooms, living room, and excellent view! We had everything we needed. Wonderful location near the ocean. Yvan was very friendly and helpful. We had a brief power outage and he responded right away to get it fixed. Comfy beds and lots of extra towels.
Negative: Bathrooms smelled a little musty but they were clean and it was no problem for us.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at The Guest House. The host is outstanding and extremely accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and he allowed us to stay 2 extra nights. My friend and I are so thankful. The location is perfect and within walking distance of all the things to see in MiraFlores. I highly recommend staying at the Guest House and you will not be disappointed.

Positive: Excellent location overlooking the sea. The apartment is secure and in a safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and cafe at walking distance. Ivan is a wonderful host who speaks very fluent English and helped us with a lot of good info over WhatsApp even before we arrived. Sleep quality and views of the sunset were top notch. I wish we had more time to spend here!

Positive: Beautiful apartment and the owner was so easy to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great advice for restaraunts etc in the area. Out of curiosity we looked at the price of the hotel next door and it was double the cost of this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Excellent location in the centre of the Miraflores area. Easy to get to shops. Host was easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment to show us in. The apartment had 24hr security and a lift. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and it contained a large fridge-freezer. There was plenty of space for 2 persons and we enjoyed the views. Appreciated the use of the washing machine.
Negative: We had to make sure that the dishes were clean to use.
