Positive: Its location and the double bed I slept in. It had an electric blanket.
Negative: No electric blankets on either of the two beds in one bedroom. The only heating was a wood heater and a reverse cycle aircon in the living room. The heat from this was pumped into the two bedrooms - but not into the over-sized bathroom which was very cold at night, nor into the separate toilet. The kitchen was tiny, a sink and some cupboards et the end wall in the corridor. There was a microwave and a portable grill I think it was. No saucepans. But the worst feature for my disliking was the toilet location. It was immediately beside the kitchen with the toilet bowl less than a metre from the microwave in the kitchen; reachable through an open toilet door. I choose not to show photos of this setup. Due to construction works, cars need to be parked in the street.
Summary: Would prefer not to stay here on a very cold winters night. Would be Ok in warmer weather. There are overhead fans that

Positive: Comfortable and cosy with charming features such as restful lighting, beautiful bathroom with bath and big double shower. Rural town with a 5k walking trail. Also a great start to a driving loop to the Great Ocean Road. Host very easy to communicate with.

Positive: Gorgeous cottage, where do I start??? Beautifully renovated and styled. Outdoor firepit, front balcony a spot to sit and enjoy a morning coffee (expresso machine supplied)or sunset drinks (a selection of bar glasses provided) with bbq. Spoilt for choice with the comfortable lounge with fireplace. Spacious luxury bathroom with a bath for a couple. Comfy beds ..

Positive: The property was fantastic, we were really very impressed! We would 100% stay there again ❤️
Negative: The only suggestion I would make is that it might be worth putting an exhaust fan in the loo, just with the proximity to the kitchen. But other than that, it was lovely.

Positive: The house was so clean and surprisingly spacious, the bathroom was massive as well as the 2 bedrooms, the living room was lovely and a great setup as well. The host was very accommodating throughout our whole stay, would definitely go back again.
