Summary: My partner and I were delighted to discover this cottage and location. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well set up, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the two of us. However, while my partner slept very well, I found the pillows too firm and uncomfortable, and the bedside table wasn't quite big enough for my book, specs, phone etc. We loved the views from the cottage, and the proximity to the amazing Mt Noorat crater. As suggested by the owner (who we didn't see in person, though their house was close by on the same property, partly obscured) we visited the lovely local cafe and had great coffee and decent food with friendly service. Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay, Jane.

Summary: We loved to stay in this tiny retreat in the backyard of Great Ocean Road. We drove every day down to the coast and enjoyed sitting in the evening sun on the veranda of the cottage. Everything was clean and well prepared. Would always come back.

Summary: We actually found this cottage difficult to find. There's even a map available through the Camperdown information bureau that mispells the street name. However, once you find it, the views from the front porch are wonderful. We were almost sorry there wasn't a storm as watching that would have been quite an experience! Noorat is a quiet place but close to Terang and Camperdown. The countryside is interesting to explore and sitting on the porch watching the clouds roll by is relaxing.

Summary: We stayed at the cottage for one night on our way back from Cape Bridgewater and after a day of checking out Warrnambool. It is very cute and cozy with a lot of nice vintage items and touches. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed for our stay. As others have mentioned, the view from the porch is gorgeous and having Mt Noorat right in the back is great. We walked up in the evening and were impressed with the crater which is much bigger than others we previously visited in the area. We had breakfast at The Shed as recommended by the owners and it was a nice end to a relaxing trip.
