Positive: Nice beach. Beautiful sunsets and view to St Kitts Restaurant in property
Negative: Proposed transfer from airport for $160 for 2. You can spend half by taking the speed boats from Basseterre. Location shown in booking is in fact the one for the 4 seasons. Real location is about 2-3 miles north far from everything. Took them 2 days to fix a very loud noise from the AC compressor outside the house. Beach has been packed by cruise travelers leaving no seats for hotel guests. Service at restaurant is a little slow. They chase you to make a presentation about sort of time share proposal.

Positive: The location and the private beach. The on site restaurant was quite good. The villa was clean and spacious
Negative: The staff tried to aggressively sell me a shady travelling private members club, something similar to a timeshare. I kept telling them to wrap up the presentation because I am not interested and I want to enjoy my holiday. They were very pushy and asked me to give them an answer on the spot. I asked for an email with the details so I can think about to which they replied they are not allowed to send out any emails or give any documents outside of the office. It was a very shady experience.

Positive: Great location. Lovely beach, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi. Spacious bedrooms. Roomy patio with chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, concierge service for shopping upon request. Friendly staff.
Negative: Pool shape, design unappealing. Water probably okay, but dark-painted floor bottom makes it appear dirty. Good for kids to splash around. Who cares? The beach and Yachtsman Grill Restaurant are right there!

Positive: The location was beautiful. The beach is stunning. Our room was overlooking the beach and was very comfortable.
Negative: We were in room 1B1. The bathroom door locked us out of the bathroom. The hotel was unable to repair this over night. We had to keep disturbing the other couple staying with us to use their en suite bathroom. We got some money back as we were checking out but we did have to ask We went on a bank holiday so the restaurant was closed. It would have been nice to know this before we arrived
