Summary: This was an amazing space to stay. Very clean. Big table for gathering. The only thing was the garage code didn’t work but we could still use the front door so it wasn’t a big deal!

Summary: We came for a night at Santaland. The location was close and had enough room for our group, however it stated 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- but one bedroom was actually a loft. 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 bathrooms - 3 “bedrooms” upstairs with only 1 small bathroom. There was a terrible odor- i believe there is a plumbing issue in the kitchen. There was crumbs and stuck food all in the couch cushions, and it appeared whomever cleaned swept everything under the cabinets. The fan in living room we could not get to work nor the light. The lamps light bulbs were all burnt out except for 1. The bed in one of the upstairs rooms seemed to have plastic coating on the mattress and pillows -my 70 year old mom said it made noise every time she moved. Although we made the best of it, we definitely would not stay here again.

Summary: We loved this property. There was so much room. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and still had one bedroom not used. House was clean, had very nice decor, and everything we needed for our stay. It was in a very nice area of College Station and communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely book again!

Summary: We stayed here for our daughter's graduation and it was perfect. Our group included the parents and grandparents and everyone was comfortable. This is a very roomy condo with ample seating. The furnishings are very tasteful and there are many nice touches throughout the rental. We would absolutely stay here again!
