Summary: Receptionist was very friendly.. Then asked to pay for parking?? First I knew of it. Cracks on the bathroom floor but the worst thing was the hard uncomfortable bed. Hardly slept! Food was good and big potions. Would not stay again.

Summary: I stayed 1night and that was very plesant. My room was clean bed very firm and comfortable. What I found a bit strange there was only 2 electrical outlets and they were at the table far away from the bed, if you put your phone to charge you had to get up to check.

Summary: On arrival the entrance stank of weed, there was an extra £6 charge for parking overnight. Bed was hard and pillows lumpy. The bathroom door was falling apart. Very strong smell of weed in one of the corridors Cheap on a bank holiday weekend and handy for the motorway

Summary: The hotel was fine, but lots of little niggles keep it from being great. It is noisy, the air con didn’t work, the bath tap dripped, you can hear water noises in the pipes, the pillows were quite lumpy and there was a strong & unpleasant smell in the corridor. I didn’t feel unsafe, but I also didn’t explore the hotel facilities as I was there for 1 night of work. The carpet was new and the room was clean. I slept decently. It was fine. I wouldn’t book again as there are many better hotels in the area.

Summary: Arrived, and check-in was painfully slow, due to other guests with room issues, I had booked for 3 guests in 3 double rooms, we were all allocated twin rooms, of which one was a pet room, they did manage to change that one, but not the other two.
