Positive: Loved how the property was secluded and intimate. It gave a glimpse into the history of Calcutta while being super comfortable. The staff were courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good and tasty and the cook made foods to our request. I highly recommend the stay!

Negative: The lift was a bit unsafe.

Positive: Great breakfast, staff is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a beautiful hertiage building in the perfect location for walking around Kolkotta, plus close to subway and lots of restaurants

Negative: Building is old and not in great condition, towels and curtains especially seemed like they should be replaced
