Positive: In a noisy city like Lisbon, having this little oasis of quietness in the center is very rare. We enjoyed every minute at The Haus, the people running the place are nice and helpful and the wine bar at the entrance could not be more well stocked and chic.
Negative: No simple curtains for privacy. You need to close the wooden blinds.
Summary: We loved the place! Quiet, clean, helpful staff with suggestions and good knowledge of local wines.

Positive: Modern, new, parking garage ($), well equipped kitchen, grill restaurant with excellent chicken right next to the property, small but a basic supermarket nearby
Negative: The closet had a really bad mold smell, and we couldn't use it. The bathroom was clean but smelled like a sewer. The parking garage didn't work as it was supposed to, so we got a refund for the first night that we couldn't use, but it was still inconvenient. The unit we got was -1B, and it is possible that different units may be better. One month before the trip, they lowered the price to almost half of the price I paid, and I had to fight to get a price match through Booking.com by talking to a dozen of different customer service reps, which was painful. The original price would have been completely overpriced for what the property offers.

Positive: Our stay was exceptional, we truly enjoyed. The location is great, the apartment is spacious, clean and bright. We had the room cleaning service every day, the option of changing towels and bedding - the same as in a hotel. The only issue that might be slightly problematic is that you need the Internet in order to access the facility. In addition, when we tried to enter the address on Bolt application, it did not recognized the street name, but "Largo Santa Barbara" instead. We did not know when we arrived whether it is the same and for that reason we were circling around a little bit, but eventually, owing to the help of a taxi driver we managed to reach the building. It is a brand new building and really nice area. We highly recommend it!

Positive: It is a big place very clean and modern. We loved the fact we had a washing machine with a dryer. The room service every day was also a big plus!
Negative: The fact we can’t leave our luggage anywhere when we arrived. We had to pay for a service since we arrived early and we couldn’t reach out to anyone.
Summary: It was great, the only missing part is the locker for luggages.
