Summary: We stayed for 5 days so that we could attend my son’s wedding. The Haven provided us with a very comfortable home for the days surrounding the event. The location is perfect being just 10 minutes to the restaurants and food stores of Duncan .

Summary: My wife and I so enjoyed our brief stay in this beautifully appointed, comfortable and relaxing accommodation that is large enough and well-laid out to accommodate two couples or a family. It is nestled in a rare Garry Oak meadow and we were treated to great sunset views of the surrounding rural landscape from the deck.

Summary: We spent 2 days in August at this beautiful property with our family of 3 kids. This property is adorably decorated, with a dreamy farmhouse kitchen and great floorplan for family hangout time. Upon arrival, they had stocked the kitchen with a few treats that made us feel very welcome. The backyard has a lovely view and they had a few yard games and board games for the kids to play. Most importantly, it wins the Comfiest Beds Award of all the rentals we have stayed at! Deep cushy mattresses, clean high quality sheets and soft pillows - best sleep of the whole trip. Recommended 10/10.

Summary: This home is even more gorgeous than the listing shows. We were blown away by the beauty of the home inside and out. After a day on Salt Spring Island or local wine tasting, we couldn’t wait to get back and enjoy this spacious and welcoming home and the peaceful pastoral view. Next time we will surely book more than 2 nights - it was so hard to leave!
