Positive: Spacious and clean. Good location for exploring Lichfield and the surroundings. Minor problem with the dishwasher was quickly sorted by on-site owners.

Negative: Nice patio with chairs to sit out in the sunshine in an enclosed courtyard but no other outdoor space or garden area. This wasn’t a problem for our group but might be for families with younger children.

Positive: Good quiet location, also for parking & security. Plenty of space downstairs. Quality of kitchen utensils very good. Having the log burner was a bonus.

Negative: Appreciate that the building is old but the creaking stairs and landing meant that those sleeping in 3 of the 4 bedrooms were disturbed when others walked around at night. Quality of bedding and towels substandard...rough and tired.

Summary: Great location for Lichfield but be prepared for issues that come with an old property.
