Positive: A wonderful place for a large group! Exceptionally comfortable and well equipped. An excellent location and Melissa and Matt were delightful hosts introducing us to the lambs and other farm animals. The hot tub looking out over the rolling hills was the icing on the cake! Would strongly recommend!

Positive: Fabulous house for a large group. Beautiful location & convenient for Offa’s Dyke. The front windows are spectacular!

Negative: Downstairs loo flush needs properly fixing (keeps refilling constantly) Couldn’t get main shower in en-suite working (small one’s fine) A pint of Milk in fridge would have been handy too!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay & found the house very comfortable.
