Summary: The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland is hands-down my favorite hotel in the Seattle area. The combination of value, location, and outstanding customer service keeps me coming back again and again. During this most recent stay—one of many—I was greeted by a new front desk clerk who made an immediate impression. She was exceptionally sweet, kind, authentic, and genuinely welcoming. Her warm demeanor made check-in effortless and set the tone for another wonderful stay. The Heathman consistently delivers a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. Whether I’m visiting for business or pleasure, I always know I’ll be treated with care and professionalism. It’s the reason this remains my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the Seattle area. Highly recommended!

Summary: We were not notified on check in that we needed to request that our room be serviced after the first night of our two night stay. Disappointing. Fireplace in the lobby was wonderful!
