Positive: The location was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. Access was easy and everything worked well. A well-stocked kitchen was great.

Negative: Nothing; all good for us. Parking was a bit of a faff occasionally as there was construction further down the road, but nothing really problematic.

Negative: A lot of maintenance issues- blocked drains which caused the washing machine and shower to flood , broken kitchen tap that kept falling off and the sofa needed to be replaced due to a strong smell and falling apart in places
