Positive: Very easy to access from public transport (short walk from the tube station) We had a little wait to speak to staff at reception but we were there early. When they did, they were very friendly.
Negative: We had been travelling from very early that morning and wanted to check in early to prepare for our event that evening but an early check in was only available at a price of £15 each (it was an hour and half early) but they did allow us to leave our suitcase at reception and we went to get food instead.

Positive: Very clean Hotel with great facilities and very clean and tidy
Negative: As it’s an older converted building, I’m quite a light sleeper and it was a little bit noisy with other people moving around in other rooms like creaking floorboards, et cetera

Positive: Excellent location just 5 mins from Hendon Central underground station . Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff at both the reception desk and breakfast. Arlene and Hannah very helpful also the other reception staff. Very nice extra touches like the L'Occitane toiletries and tea/ coffee / water/ hot chocolate in the bedrooms. I would definitely return.
