Summary: A disappointing stay mainly as a result of false advertising. The hotel is currently under refurbishment which means there is no breakfast, or dining facilities. The room itself was lovely, well decorated and comfortable no problem with that but we paid £221 for just a room and a bed! The hotel did contact us via email after I made my booking but I had booked a non-refundable stay so couldn’t change. They also did offer a takeaway breakfast option but as a family we wanted the chance to have a good hearty breakfast before a long walk and then the chance to relax in the restaurant in the evening. So for that really disappointing. Once finished I am sure this place will be lovely, but be warned until the 6 October there is no restaurant which is very different to the advertising on Hotels.com

Summary: Katrina was such a key part in making my stay here so lovely! After a long day of traveling I was put in a room that was very hot and after simply asking her for a fan, she not only provided one but also was able to change my room to one that was a lot cooler.

Summary: It was very hard to find anyone working on the reception. The staff once in attendance were helpful and polite. The breakfast was good with the average English breakfast options available. There was however not much of a variety of vegan options.
