Positive: The hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes from the Secret Lagoon and with easy access. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay very pleasant. There is also a supermarket, gas station, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient
Negative: However, our experience with the room (number 11) was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. Upon arrival, we found dirty sheets, pillows stained yellow from sweat, the kettle full of water, and even a medication container on the nightstand. We checked in at 7 pm, and although the staff came promptly to clean the room and make the bed once we complained, this should not have happened in the first place.

Positive: The reception and dining room are very nice and elegant. The rooms are across the street and you can park the car just in front your room. The view and overall experience is very nice. The breakfast is exxelwnt

Positive: Monika did an excellent job! She is very friendly, helpful and I could feel her hospitality. After the first night there I wanted to extend my stay for another night and she arranged everything in just a few seconds at a fair price. I was very happy she took care of my requests. She leads her team in a very pleasant and friendly way in order to maximize their effectiveness and watching that is fun. 1st night in the hotel room with a huge tv (didn’t use it though) 2nd night in the guesthouse
Negative: Sink in the hotel room was too small to fill up my bottle from the tap.
Summary: Only for Monika and the staff I would return, great stay!

Positive: I did not stay at this property. I made a reservation there and on the day I was supposed to stay there, they had an accident and my Room was no longer available. They called me in Time so I could change my travel plans and they booked me and other Hotel that was a lot nicer with no extra cost for me. This showed me that they really take care of their Guests especially if something goes wrong. I will definitely use them in the Future.
