Positive: The location is perfect, the views breathtaking. Well equipped, spacious, nicely furnished. BBQ on the wide balcony overlooking 4 mile beach - it doesn't get much better than that tbh!
Negative: Wifi is very poor....which includes the TV/Netflix access....

Positive: Situated at the front of the unit complex provided great views across 4 mile beach and Port Douglas. Quiet complex. Large unit providing ample privacy when travelling in a group. An amazing pump dryer so unit didn’t get hot when doing washing. Kitchen has ample crockery and utensils making meals easy. Older property with lived in furniture and decor making a homely feel.
Negative: Over 65 stairs to get to the unit with no lift. Aware of this as stayed in complex previously. Mission to get luggage and groceries to the unit. Pool tiles slippery.

Positive: We loved the view, the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious. Even the coffee machine was an unexpected treat. We coulnt fault anything within the apartment.
Negative: The lifting floor tiles on the balcony was a hazard and therefore we could not use the area for dining. I was prepared for the steps based on other reviews however I did not consider the heat, and carrying children up the steps. Heaven forbid we forgot the bottle in the car and this was too much to bare having to walk all the steps twice over for that bottle. From memory I think we counted 68 steps over the three levels. The views to the beach made up for it.

Positive: Amazing views, very comfortable and large appartment. Good kitchen facilities. Swimming pool is great.
Negative: A few things can be improved but are fixable! The WiFi speed is very poor (0.25 mbps) - ended up just using roaming. On day 1 our BBQ was cut short because gas ran out and spare tank was also empty. They refilled it quickly. Some provisions could be better, eg tiny soap bottles doesn’t get you very far. No hand soaps in bathrooms in post COVID era is also strange. Bathing children was a little tricky with only rain showers (no bath tub or handheld shower). Dragging suitcases up the stairs to the top floor was a little tricky, wouldn’t recommend if you’re not young and fit and have a lot of luggage.
Summary: We’re really happy we stayed here!

Positive: Location and views and good size apartment for family and friends to enjoy Port Douglas.
Negative: Terracotta flooring external was very poor. The terracotta had popped up and was loose. This needs to be fixed as it is a liability issue.
