Positive: The small touches like having crumpets, butter & honey was such a lovely touch. The location was excellent right InTown so we could walk everywhere.

Negative: We loved everything the apartment had on offer.

Positive: It was close to town, had a large communal room and was neat and clean. Communication was excellent and it suited our needs. Parking was not an issue and the kitchen was pretty much fitted out with everything we required. The owners supplied milk, yummy sourdough crumpets, honey and fruit.

Negative: There were no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms, we needed to request more toilet paper, there was no AC in the smaller room (very uncomfortable in this room), and the oven actually had fat on the aluminium foiled tray!!

Summary: A nice place to stay when in Beechworth. It is within walking distance to everything in the town.

Negative: The only caveat is you must be comfortable negotiating a step set of beautiful wooden stairs to access your accommodation. The listing does highlight the stairs
