Positive: If you want to be front and center on a beautiful beach, just walk out on the sand. Guesthouse is lovely. Full kitchen. Balcony where I spent part of each day watching beautiful clear water, sound of waves is always present and wonderful. I bet you start each morning with a swim in the CaribbeanSea. Cute dogs and cats around sometimes. "grocery" store, restaurant and bars within 5 minutes walk. Parking inside the property if you rent a car. Secure location. Great island 🏝 with welcoming and polite people.
Negative: I don't know what I could possibly write here. I had a great time and did not want to leave. From talking to some of the locals that's exactly how they ended up on that island - they came one day &, never went home, but made a new home in St Maarten!

Positive: Debbie and Doug were amazing hosts! Room was cleaned everyday, they even did the dishes for us which was unexpected. Parking was easy, and the beach was practically empty everyday which made it feel even more exclusive. Beach front beauty.
Negative: Everything was perfect :) Maybe add a hook in the shower?

Positive: You can't beat the location. Simpson Bay Beach is calm and has very few people. Debbie and Doug are amazing hosts. They make your stay very relaxing and peaceful. This was our second time there, and it did not disappoint. We can't wait to go back again!.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. What you're not going to like is that you didn't have more time to spend there.
