Welcome to our recently built sweet farmhouse style house nestled in the heart of Woodland Park, CO.
Available for retreats, rest, workshops, weekend and longer vacation rental visits. It is a fantastic place to come, stay and is conveniently within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and breweries. Come feel at home and enjoy your stay!
Our 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home is ready for guests and sleeps 6. There is a queen in the master, double bed and twin in the guest room and futon in the little reading room. We have a game or reading room upstairs with a little cozy chaise to rest on. Our fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room will make you feel at home while you stay.
Our MMH spot has perfect views of Pikes Peak, comfortable furniture, homey amenities and a fun fire pit and BBQ in the backyard to enjoy our Colorado nights!
WE DO NOT HAVE AC but 2 fans in each room. Our listing is a completely smoke free zone. No smoking of any kind on or in the property. If detected we will charge a deep clean fee to sanitize for our next guest. We are also a pet free home.
We have custom MMH cornhole boards for a fun game night in the driveway.
We only use more natural and non toxic cleaning products in the Minty Mountain House so you can rest knowing that your family is safe.
