Summary: The property was clean and quiet despite being in a tight knit neighborhood. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the property except for at night. It was our first trip to RI so it was a good place to start exploring from. I would stay again

Summary: We spent the weekend here for a couple concerts. The space is well kept and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and other conveniences. We look forward to staying again.

Summary: My husband and our adult daughter wanted a place close enough to Xfinity concert venue in Mansfield, MA for a music festival but also within reasonable drive of Newport and a beach day in Westerly on the shore. Perfect! Danny was very accommodating. Absolutely recommend.
