Summary: The staff was very nice. And the location is great. The rooms are very dark! We were facing the courtyard and there is very little natural light, and a not very bright chandelier. Hard to see if you left anything anywhere.

Summary: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good room and spacious for a couple + baby (we chose the Biggy) and good restaurant, with very good and healthy options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a nice vibe, rooms are renovated and the overall service was excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is about accessibility, given the hotel lacks of ramps for baby strollers and alike, so because of general architeture of the building you need to use the stairs to access the bedrooms (even with the elevators taking to the right floor).

Summary: Fantastic hotel- beautiful decor and service was excellent! Great walkabity in the center of Amsterdam, shopping, sight seeing and restaurants very close. Restaurant in the hotel is also quite good as well- definitely recommend the breakfast but dinner was great as well. You will be very happy with your choice if you stay at The Hoxton!

Summary: I like they have warm drying rack. Friendly staff as well as houskeeping. The only slight disadvantage is a small steps/stairs going into the hotel lobby and no hotel staff to take our luggage from hotel front.
