Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this location. Was excited about having beach access included which is harder to come by in this area & day passes for other local beaches as a non resident are about $50 a day ( last time I was in the area ) the Inn included access to fluffy beach towels, chairs & umbrellas . The only thing i found disappointing which isn’t a reflection of the Inn but was the beach itself . For it being a private beach , I expected it to be a lot cleaner an not to see garbage (mostly wrappers) here an there in the water and that the sand would be a little more enjoyable an sandy , not comply covered in shells. We made the best of it but would definitely recommend bringing water shoes .

Summary: Great location for my stay. Room was exceptionally clean. I stayed in a partial ocean view room but I can imagine the other rooms are not as nice. Only complaints is that the room is incredibly bright in the morning- like a spotlight coming in and the shades did next to nothing. Mattress was not very comfortable, hard and dipping in the center but i've slept on worse. I would stay here again.

Summary: I stayed in Room 21, and the blinds behind the sliding glass doors could really use an additional curtain, since they face the bed and bathroom door. I had an early morning window encounter with a neighbor in the property next door that I would've preferred to avoid.
