Positive: The staff is very nice and the room is comfortble

Negative: Our bathroom shower had a lot of black mold, something that should be taken care of especially in such a high priced property. They should offer free coffee to their hotel guests, this has become a standard in hotels. I understand you have a coffee shop but you can still offer a free cup of basic coffee to hotel guests. Parking was extremely hard, there was a wedding at our hotel so there were no spots close by.

Summary: We always enjoy staying at the Inn, this time it just wasn't at the level we had grown accustomed to

Positive: This was our first stay and will not be our last . Super clean , comfortable beds and rooms . Staff was attentive and professional.
