Summary: Picked up my key from within a used envelope with my name on it; "contactless check-in". No human contact. Continental breakfast was two green bananas, two oranges, and 4 packets of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal for a two day stay. Yes there was a coffee pot and a gallon of water in the closet and a small fridge that I couldn't figure out how to turn on. Red heart-shaped jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! Very old house, comfortable bed, quiet location.

Summary: High on charm and comfort but not “technology”, this inn is well loved, and not for the corporate traveler. The inn is on a 9 acre farm in the middle of historic Sudbury. Come to see and feed the horses, wake up in a four poster bed, and enjoy the beautiful tile & polished beach stone covered bathroom & shower (with a heart shaped bathtub!)… This is a contactless inn, you will likely not see the owners, nor have maid service during your stay. We were looking for something unique, enjoyable, and not “cookie cutter” for a two night stay…We found it.

Summary: Stayed one night. This is really just a B since there’s no breakfast other than Hostess donuts and a fruit pie left in the room.

Summary: No visible staff at all, but responsive to phone calls. The place was interesting, but the featured whirlpool bath did not work. Large but very cold bathroom. "Breakfast" was a few Hostess products, with no milk for coffee - very poor. No horses !

Summary: I absolutely loved this Inn. It was so cozy and inviting. The amenities were excellent and the bed was so comfy. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.

Summary: The property is set back from the road and has an historic feel to it. Our room had a balcony which was great on a sunny day. The room was heated by a gas fireplace which was a nice touch. We were able to walk to a restaurant and bike to the Bruce Freeman bike trail which was great. The Inn felt like it needed some TLC and updating.
