Summary: Overnight needed for flight mishaps. Shuttle at the airport was so difficult to locate! Breakfast and shuttle were included in cost but we had an early flight- we couldn’t utilize the free airport shuttle or breakfast at our early hour. Agent told us they would have breakfast boxes to go for us(but they didn’t) Helped us pre-arrange early taxi which was great. Restaurant food was good but made errors in our orders, made up for it with complimentary wine. Servers were so kind. Didn’t expect the triple room to mean a roll-away bed, however that is what it was. Overall served our need.

Summary: Restaurant was decent. But the kids play area in lobby really made all the difference. Great shuttle to airport & very convenient for resting before a long flight. Super comfortable beds! :)

Summary: We booked this hotel to be near CDG for our flight the next day and what a nice surprise! Huge room with a very comfortable bed, spacious shower room, and a large window. And even though they said the hotel was full, it was so quiet! And the included breakfast buffet was quite good. We also appreciated the airport shuttle. A lovely stay!

Summary: The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. This is a no cash property. The wait time for pick up at the airport was a little long. The chat bot was not very helpful. There is no way to charge your phone without an adapter. Gran something to eat before you arrive. Menu is limited. No restaurants around that I could see.

Summary: First impression of hotel was nice. Staff at reception mixed up reservation, left us unattended and our key cards did not work. Dinner at restaurant was good and staff were attentive and personable. Reserved an airport shuttle, however, on day of departure was advised that no shuttle had been reserved. Staff had to order a taxi for us to drive us to airport. Altogether a frustrating experience.
