Positive: We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast and loved the delicious food at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant. The view of the mountains was simply breathtaking, and the location was perfect – close to the highway with plenty of parking. The lobby is beautifully designed and welcoming. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was that it accepts dogs, and we truly appreciated being able to stay here with our pet.

Negative: In our family room, the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and there was only one unit for both rooms. The rooms could also use a little refresh.

Positive: Liked the space, it was comfortable, close to the tram station, mall, groceries, nice building.

Negative: Didn't like the fact that being an apart hotel, it didn't have glasses or plates/cutlery. No night stand for the 2nd bed, no small lamp and generally the lighting was strong and vertical. The staff could have been more proactive when told we wanted to go downtown and asked for a taxi for us when the tram stop was 50 Mt away.

Positive: Nice hotel for a night (or a long stay - it seems that rooms are suitable for that). It's a bit outdated, but he view is certainly nice and the rooms are nice and suitable. The direct surroundings of the hotel is nothing much, allthough there is a shopping centre very nearby. Usually tourists don't stay long in Kaisery. Not much to see/do there. We spent the evening in the city centre, which was enough for us. We had a car to get to the hotel, it is located in the outskirts. We choose the room with little kitchenette so we could drink tea and coffee, which was pleasant. Breakfast was nice too. plenty offered, mostly Turkish style, but eggs and sandwiches as well. We choose the hotel for the view on Erciyes as we were about to go there next day. Erciyes did not dissapoint!

Summary: Solid hotel, bit outdated but did not dissapoint. Great views on Erciyes!

Negative: Dark hallways, staff had a low level of English, smelled like smoke, when using the shower the ceiling above dripped cold water on me, not in walking distance to any restaurants outside the hotel, pool and hamam were closed

Positive: First time that I stayed at Kayseri Loft hotel (2 years ago) it was really amazing, but now you can see the damage of time and superficial repairs. The staff speaks very poor english so communication very difficult. I booked a certain type of apartments but for the first night I received something completely different from what I booked and paid . The room I slept in the first night did not have the heating working ( in the middle of February) There is a SPA area but is not so clean and the pool is to cold to swim in.

Positive: The Kayseri Loft Hotel is simply perfect! Always excellent service and friendly staff… I have stayed in hotels all over Turkey, but nowhere have I felt as at home as I did at Kayseri Loft Hotel. The rooms are very clean, and they even provide a prayer rug and a Quran. I highly recommend it!

Summary: A truly exceptional stay with warm hospitality, spotless rooms, and a home-like atmosphere!

Positive: Location, size of room, accepted our doggy Teddy, close to Erciyes, friendliness and helpfulness of staff !! Wonderful

Negative: Room could have done with being updated. No cutlery or cooking pots/pans etc. few cupboards broken and whole room looked a bit old but we would still come back as it was a fantastic 3 night stay !!!!
