Positive: reception service people was nice.
Negative: The breakfast is too simple. Taxi experience is too bad. I asked the reception to order the taxi, the taxi driver looks unhappy when he saw I have 2 suitcases, and there was very dirty inside the taxi with bad smell. Hope hotel could find better taxi company for guests in the future.

Positive: Everything , rooms super comfortable with good seating,. Very unique furnishings. Breakfast great, with real plates and cutlery!!!! A first for me on this trip.
Negative: Slight location issue but red line station is less than 100yds away so no major drama.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was super clean, very comfortable beds. When we got to the room they had water, apples, and brownies for us. Good breakfast. Close to a pharmacy, restaurants, and a bakery. We definitely will stay again

Positive: In general, this was a clean and comfortable hotel in a nice area.
Negative: There was stinky, half-eaten leftover food in my refrigerator when I arrived. After asking the staff for it to be removed, 4 hours later it was still there. To their credit, the next staff member that I spoke to moved me to an entirely new room given the smell and my disgust. But this should have never happened to begin with and should have been fixed quickly.
