Summary: The location was great for the distillery tours. We only stayed one night. It reminded me of college living; kind of thrown together and fine for what we are doing. Communication was minimal. Has an issue at check in and it was resolved.

Summary: House was great. The host was awesome to deal with. Very convenient to downtown Frankfort and really easy to get to the other distilleries. Easy to get to Louisville and Lexington. Did not disappoint us.

Summary: Spent the weekend with the adult kids. We had booked a tour for Buffalo Trace. We enjoyed downtown Frankfort. Ate dinner at Bourbon On Main and lunch at Goodwood Brewery. We brought the dogs and enjoyed grilling burgers and the fire pit Saturday night at the rental. Vernon is a helpful host who has thought of every little detail. Made for a wonderful Mother’s Day Weekend.

Summary: The house was clean and had everything we could ever want! The whisky glasses and ice were a nice touch. My wife and kids enjoyed our stay at this property. I’m from this town and know the area, this house is in a safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood. I was very lucky to have found this place. Huge shout out to the host for being super accommodating throughout our hardship as we recently lost a member of our family. If you are looking for a place to stay in F-town, or close to Lexington, I would highly recommend staying here.
