Summary: Beautiful property, well apportioned. My only suggestion would be to have a hose connection on the pier next to the water. If you run your own boat there as we did, there is no hose bib on the dock, you had to run a hose a long way from the house to the dock to rinse your boat and refill freshwater wash down. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Summary: This house was perfect for us, all beds and bedding were perfect !! the dock was 1 min to open water, very clean, Very well tsken care of and loved. Our Stay have some crazy windy weather. This place is removed from all the Giant condos and in a very safe street, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with all the extras we noticed it all and appreciate it. Highly Recommend,

Summary: The house was beautiful and communication with the property managers was great. We had some initial hiccups with the air conditioning not going lower than 80 but seemed to correct itself by the next morning. The master bedroom seemed warmer than the rest of the house but they had fans so that was good. One of the upstairs bedrooms shower did not work so they replaced it during our stay. The icemaker never made ice but we just bought ice. The stove stopped working during a big meal and 24 hours later it was fixed. We ran out of propane and they said they would drop off another tank the next morning but never did so we had to purchase another but they said they would reimburse us. The pool was great for the kids and everyone enjoyed that. The beach was stunning and a short walk to it. The internet worked during the day but we had problems at night and they walked us through how to fix it but we spent too much time trying to get it work nightly. We finally just had to use our hot spot. They had a big fridge upstairs AND downstairs which was awesome. We used the paddleboard and kayaks which were great. Overall our family enjoyed ourselves but too much time was spent texting the property managers about things which were needing to be fixed. We don't expect everything to be perfect during the stay but felt with the amount of money being spent we didn't feel it was worth it.

Summary: Decent rental in great location. Showers did not drain properly, waded in 3"-4" of water while showering. Outdoor shower did not work (water disconnected). Boat lift in pictures is just for appearance and did not function. Overpriced in my opinion for what was advertised.

Summary: The pool was not clean and during that week no one came to put chemicals in….we skimmed and scrubbed it ourselves. The yard was very untidy and it looked like it had never been looked after or raked. Our small children that played in the sand found such things as nails, screws, cigarette butts. The space of the house was good but for a rental there were too many knickknacks. Finally, the pots and pans were gross, the ice maker did not work, and we could not regulate the heat and air conditioning. To say the least…disappointed. The Bertas

Summary: This house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out both inside and outside. My 9yo spent hours fishing off the dock—too bad it was too cold to swim in the pool! We would definitely recommend this home!
