Summary: This place checked all the boxes for a college friend reunion. Location was very central to UW and downtown. very clean, and quaint. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so if you have knee, hip or issues with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. But this was a perfect place to stay and very clean and cute. Communication was great!

Summary: The Krause is a modern apartment in a historic building located right where I wanted to be in Eau Claire as it was near the bike trail, Water Street and campus. My daughter and I loved our stay!

Summary: This was a beautiful historic home with modern touches on the inside. We stayed here a week. It was comfortable and clean. Communication with the host was fast and easy. There were so many things close by to do. We would stay again.

Summary: The property owner was very easy to get in touch with and he made all accommodations that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The VRBO was nicely decorated, well stocked, clean and modern with new appliances. Welcome gifts were left in the kitchen, which was a very nice touch.
