Situated between the beach & the lake at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac alongside a picturesque lagoon. A relaxing 15min walk up the track to Belmont Sth beach. 15min walk to the popular Belmont baths. 10min walk to the Yacht Club & The Gunyah Pub. 5min walk to the 5 star "Tinta" Restaurant on the lake. 5min drive to Belmont 16ft Sailing Club & local shopping center. 10min drive to the popular Blacksmiths & Caves patrolled beaches. 30min drive into Newcastle with plenty to see & do. Watch the famous "Matt Hall" aerobatic pilot from the front deck often out doing his tricks! Or better still book an adrenalin rushing flight with him!!! There is no access to the backyard, use of front yard only. Parking on right side of driveway and street parking only as left side of driveway is for house at back of block.
