Positive: - Excellent location for shopping at Iconsiam and if you plan to do a dinner cruise. - Host is very responsive and staff are helpful - Stayed at the 5th floor which has a fantastic balcony and the room is super spacious - Highly recommended for younger couples
Negative: - Noise from the next door bar which could go until 6am - Stairs were too steep; so I might consider getting rooms at the lower floor in future

Positive: Great location. Nice decor and roomy. Two bunk beds room is perfect for kids. Loved the daily maid service. Very responsive and helpful host. Note that it’s located off a busy Main Street so expect some noise.
Negative: The is a ledge on the floor entering the bathroom which you can easily trip over and we kept hitting our toes. Suggest removing this as it doesn’t seem necessary at all. Also suggest painting the hallways of the stairs to look nicer.
Summary: Excellent location next to river and IconSiam.

Positive: I liked that this place is clean and spacious and accommodated the amount of people I had.
Negative: I didn’t like that it felt muggy in the entire space especially in the bedrooms. I could barely sleep because I felt like the air conditioner was very loud and it was blowing out forced air. It didn’t have a cool feeling. It just felt sticky. The bed was not comfortable.

Negative: Sewage is so smelly I couldn’t sleep well, this problem need to be fixed. The air-con is smelly this room really need fresh air. No lift but it’s ok we can deal with it but about the smell from sewage and the air con is a big deal.
