We are less than 4 miles from downtown McKinney. This house is only 700 feet away from The Pecan Grove home which has 9 queen beds and 4 bathrooms sitting on 2 1/2 acres. No neighbors to disturb. Perfect location if you want a large group of people together if you need more space. Only single rooms are available at the Lake House at this time. One single room is occupied.

Summary: This property is very nice and quiet to stay at the amenities are perfect for a nice stay in dallas fort worth area I will definitely be staying there again when I need to go to Dallas again, the property owner is very hospitable, takes care of any thing that you may need. The neighbors very nice and friendly( chickens and cows). Over all the best place I've rented on vrbo.

Summary: We found the house to be clean and spacious and met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook if so desired. The owner left a detailed 6 page welcome letter including local restaurants and other helpful info.

Summary: Overall, this met our needs for the situation. There were no hotels available bc of a tournament so I rented this place. THE GOOD: The property owner is responsive and gives you many details about the McKinney area. The price was cheap ($125/night) for a “4 bedroom”. The property was driving distance to the location we needed. WiFi and internet TV worked well. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. THE NOT SO GOOD: The neighbor was burning open fires on his property night and day. This is not a “Lake House”. It is an older double wide trailer. It is not on a lake, nor is the lake visible, and the lake mentioned is fenced off bc it is on a mansion’s property. The owner does not claim that it is on the lake. The showers drained slowly so you were standing in water during your shower. We found dirty pans in the cupboard when we cooked breakfast. There were ants in the kitchen but this is an older home so not that surprising. OVERALL: It was not luxurious but it met our basic needs and again the daily rate was cheap!

Summary: Perfect house for family with small children. We had our adult kids and one 14 month old grandchild with us. We ask for a pack n play and Michelle also provided a highchair. The house has two living areas in it. too!
