Positive: Excellent hosts, couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was fab with plenty of choice. Ideally situated in Ambleside for wandering around. Gave good recommendations for places to eat evening meals. Will definitely stay with them again if going to Ambleside.

Positive: The B&B is in a wonderful, quiet location but still central. It’s very comfortable and welcoming and has everything you need. We stayed in one of the larger double rooms and loved it so much. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the hosts have definitely put thought into kitting the rooms out, and they are also two of the loveliest people ever. They’re very welcoming and helpful and are very knowledgeable about the area. The breakfasts are 10/10 and they offer such a great selection. Absolutely would 100% stay here again.
Negative: There’s is absolutely nothing that we didn’t love about it.
Summary: Cosy, welcoming and warm. The perfect place to stay.

Positive: Engine and Clare are so nice and friendly and make you feel very welcome. The beds are really comfy, and rooms are lovely and clean. All the little extras like the muffins and little tin of biscuits are a lovely touch. The breakfast was really nice too, and it is a super location close to all the pubs and restaurants. We had a fabulous time here and will definitely be returning. We would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Positive: Really friendly owners (Eugene and Claire) made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Fantastic breakfast and quality ingredients. Nothing too much trouble. Location was fantastic and very central to shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovely walks close by.
